Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Because we process orders quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.


Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer want the item after shipment, you may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • The order will be canceled
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days depending on your payment provider.


Refused or Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Product unavailability
  • Billing or shipping issues

If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund if payment has already been processed.
