To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on PayPal or Venmo processing times.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item received
  • Defective item

PC2 STORE may cover return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Exchanges

If available, exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged items.
